  • General logistics
    • Setup crew members call time: please arrive at 1:00.
    • Choir members call time: please arrive in time to be ON THE RISERS at 1:30.
    • Parking: The First Presbyterian Church staff has asked us to ask all performers to please park in the City Lots – on Main Street next to the Church, or across Roxboro Street in the Parrish Street city lot. This will save the church lot for special needs and elderly patrons. Of course, if you have limited mobility, you may use the church lot.
    • Ticket sales have been VERY successful! Doors will open to the public at 2:30.  Be advised that your friends and family will want to be there early to get a good seat as we anticipate a sell-out crowd.
  • Work on trouble spots in the music
    • If you
haven’t yet, please review your part in “Only Light Only Love” for the
transition between measures 52 – 53. As Allan suggested, please write in the
note you are going to be singing in m53 at the end of m52… and practice.
  • Returning Music
    • There will be a labeled
chair for each of the pieces by the green room in the hall upstairs.
We’ll use these return piles before the concert
for memorized pieces, if you’d like to lighten your load.
    • Immediately after the
concert, return your remaining music to the appropriate chairs in the hall.
  • Scarf collection
    • Borrowed scarves should be neatly folded, placed back in their
original baggie, and returned to the scarf bag at the end of the concert.
      See Pauline for questions.
  • Folders
    • If you borrowed a black concert folder from WVC, please hold on to
it. Collection will take place after the Spring Concert.
  • Listening Party
    • Listening
