Concert Info - Know Before You Go
We are so excited to welcome you to our Winter 2027 concert, titled About Time. Here are a few details to help make your concert-going experience as smooth as possible.

Doors and Tickets
Doors to the hall open at 2:30 p.m.
If you need to pick up or purchase tickets, please proceed to the ticketing table in the lobby beginning at 2:15pm. All tickets purchased online will be held for pickup at the “will-call” sign. Tickets also will be available for cash, check, or credit card purchase at the “buy tickets here” sign. If you plan to buy tickets at the door, you are encouraged to arrive no later than 2:45pm, earlier if possible.
If you have your tickets in hand, you may bypass ticketing lines in the lobby and go directly to the performance space entrance to show your tickets to an usher once doors are open.
A limited number of Pay-What-You-Can tickets are available for purchase online on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at $1. We will update our website once these Pay-What-You-Can tickets are no longer available and the ordering link will show “out of stock.”
Accessibility
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully.
All concert and rehearsal venues are ADA compliant, and hearing assistive devices are available at many of our concert locations. Ushers are available to escort patrons to accessible seating.
Ushers have a limited number of large-print programs available. Please inquire if you do not see them.
Note that at First Presbyterian, accessible restrooms are located on the main level across from the lobby and on the left and right sides of the narthex at the back of the sanctuary. Other restrooms are located on the lower level, accessible by stairs at the back of the sanctuary.

- The main parking lot is located behind the sanctuary and can be accessed from Roxboro and Liberty Streets and includes handicapped spaces. Please reserve space in this lot for patrons who need accessible parking. GPS Address: 300 E. Liberty St. Durham, NC 27701
- Additional parking is available within easy walking distance at any of the lots marked on the map below.
