Apologies for the late announcements. Laura has provided a new, updated seating chart for rehearsal tomorrow night .
1) Program Ads – Please consider selling ads/tributes for our Spring program (form). Due by April 3rd. Any questions, see Anne Menkens (A1)
2) Concert Tickets – Any questions, please see Allison Mangin (S2). All unsold tickets and money are due on Monday, April 29.
3) Spring Banquet: Mark your calendars. Each spring after our concert, we gather for a banquet at which we celebrate our achievements, share a wonderful meal and listen to our Spring Concert. Our Spring Banquet will be held on Monday, May 6th at 6:30PM at the FARM Clubhouse (Building #11) located at 1 Alice Ingram Circle, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. Please consult the map in the link below if you are unfamiliar with this venue. https://uncfarm.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Map-of-Farm-scaled.jpg. The meal will be partially catered by Mediterranean Deli with vegetarian and GF options. Please feel free to bring drinks and desserts to share (these will not be provided by the caterer).
4) Shout-out: This week’s shout-out is to Amy Glass who organized our t-shirt sales and is currently serving as the Chair of our Nominating Committee. Thank you Amy!
