Other Details:
Concert Dress – We will follow our standard, all-black concert dress. See the Chorus Handbook for details and ask Janet if you have any questions.
Masks – We are asking all members to wear a black mask. If you don’t have one, you can purchase one of these: Resonance Singer’s Mask, 3D Mask for Singers, or one of numerous others on Amazon. Some black N95 masks will also be available from Janet on concert day if you forget yours.
Scarves – We will be wearing our Winter Scarves; Janet will have them available to borrow or buy ($10) at several rehearsals in January. Any borrowed scarves should be returned in the baggie they came in immediately after the concert. A box will be available on the stage in the Fellowship Hall.
Parking and Entrance – On concert day, please do NOT park in the Binkley lot unless you need one of the handicap spaces. The closest available parking is at the old K&W; there are steps and a walkway to the Binkley lot. Enter through the usual rehearsal door. Someone will be available to open the door beginning at 1:00p.
Green room – We will be using the fellowship hall as our green room. Personal items can be stowed in one of the small rooms at the back of the Fellowship Hall. However, none of the rooms can be locked. Leave anything of value at home or locked in your car.
Black Folders – Sue Regier will have black folders available to borrow in January. If you plan to sing spring semester, you can keep the folder until the end of the year. If you will not be singing in spring, please return the folder to the box on the stage after the concert.
Music Collection – Immediately after the concert, return to the green room to turn in your music. There will be individual piles for each piece at the front of the stage. Please remove your music from your folder before you get in line to return your music.
