Dear fellow singers,
We’re looking forward to an exciting year for WVC! For the calendar and other information, see the member section of the website. … and be sure and register, (even if you can’t join us in the fall,) and we hope you can.
Member Registration: Believe it or not, it is time to register for next year! So take a break from your summer activities and let us know whether you are coming back in the fall. As always, registration is online and easy. To ensure your spot in the chorus (and keep your same folder number) you must register by August 1. Log in to your WVC account and then go to this link: http://womensvoiceschorus.org/members/registration/ or find the registration form under the Members menu near the bottom.
Some important points about registration:
- If you don’t plan to sing please still go to the registration link. There will be a place to indicate that you will not be returning or to request a leave of absence for the semester. The deadline for leave of absences is also August 1.
- Attached to this email is the returning member letter which is packed full of essential information including important dates for this season. Please review and get all these dates on your calendar before you register!
- Other info you may want is available on the member section of the website, including the chorus handbook (under Chorus and Board Info) and the season schedule (on the Calendar page.)
Dues payments: You can pay your dues online with a credit card any time before the season starts or with a cash/check/credit card at the first rehearsal. The chorus is charged a small fee for electronic payments so you will see that the totals are a few dollars more than if you pay with check or cash in person. To pay at time of registration, just follow the link on the confirmation page you are given, or use this link: https://squareup.com/store/womens-voices-chorus and scroll down to dues. You can make your first of your three payments or pay for the whole year. While you’re there, consider making a donation.

Announcements: I will be sending the weekly chorus announcements at around mid-day on Sundays. If there is anything you’d like included in these announcements, please send me the wording no later than Saturday evening.
