- Bunch of Kale, chopped
- Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
- Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsalmic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- I tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard, Dijion
- 1 garlic clove put through a press
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions: |
Use a blender to combine the oil, vinegars, mustard, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss the dressing over the salad ingredients and enjoy! |
