Below are some important announcements for this week:
Pecan Sales: The next chance to order is by December 2nd for delivery on December 9th. We thank you for your support. Proceeds from the Pecan Sales will replenish funds designated for future Tours.
Table Sale: The theme will be Holiday Market. Homemade crafts/artwork, jewelry, holiday decorations, winter accessories (gloves, hats, scarves, etc.), extra wrapping paper, and anything else you’d think makes for a great holiday gift is encouraged! You can also bring in holiday treats (cookies, cupcakes, loaves, etc.). Something new that we’re going to try this year is an “online shopping catalogue”, where we will be uploading photos of items to a shared, editable Google doc. This style of shopping will be first come, first serve, relying on the shopper to “claim” items by signing their names. All items will be picked up in person on December 2nd, with any exceptions discussed ahead of time with me. An example of how this catalogue will look can be seen HERE or on the Fundraising page of our website. Photos are due by Tuesday, November 26, and must be clear/well-lit. Prices can be included with each item, or I can price them if you’d prefer. If photos are not sent in, you can still bring them for the Table Sale — they just won’t be featured online. Lastly, I’m looking for 2-3 volunteers to assist with collecting payments, setting up items, and taking down the setup at the end of the night. If you are interested, please let me know!
Concert Tickets: Ticket prices: Adult: $20, Student: $10, Group: $15 (Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.) All unsold tickets and money are due on Monday, January 13 (note: this is a week earlier than usual).
Program Ads: Please consider approaching vendors you know well and asking them to support the arts in this way; it allows them to get their message to our loyal audience and brings our name into the community. Prices and procedures have not changed from last year; the forms are available on the WVC website “Store” page, here.
