What a great concert last week! Thanks to all of you for making it happen and for your flexibility. Special thanks to Kinley and Chip for all the extra setup/cleanup work and Virginia for being our contact with the venue.
All Alto Sectional from 6:45-7:25p tomorrow night in our regular rehearsal space.
Pecan Delivery: The pecans ordered in November will be delivered tomorrow night, November 10. The next deadline for orders is December 1 (delivery December 8). Diane will have paper forms at rehearsal. You can also download the forms from the Fundraising page in the Members section of our website or here: Friends and Family Form, Consolidated Order Form. If you have any questions, please reach out to Diane Wold (S2).
T-shirts and Swag sale: Sale will open on November 15.,Order deadline – December 1 for January 5 delivery. We will share the link for purchases as soon as we have it and will post it on the Fundraising page in the Members section of our website.
January 12 Concert: In case you need to purchase concert clothes … The first ‘tech’ rehearsal for our Winter Concert will be on January 12 at Carolina Meadows. This will be a full run through of the concert followed by rehearsal. We WILL be wearing our regular concert dress for this performance.
Program Ads: It is time again to prepare our next concert program, which means time to consider selling or buying ads or tributes for the program. Please consider approaching vendors you know well and asking them to support the arts in this way; it allows them to get their message to our loyal audience and brings our name into the community. It also helps us spread the financial support of the chorus beyond our members and families/friends, something most members say they would like us to do. Most importantly, with ads we can continue producing a hard-copy program, which is a valuable addition to our audience’s enjoyment of our concerts. This cannot happen if you do not ask. Prices have not changed from last season; please use the attached Tribute Order Form and Ad Order Form, which are also available on the Buy Ads and Tributes page of our website.
