I hope everyone enjoyed having last week off and enjoyed this beautiful weekend! I am very much looking forward to seeing everyone at the banquet tomorrow night to socialize and reflect on this past year of WVC!
Spring Banquet/Listening Party – Monday, May 11th at The FARM from 6:30-9:30 PM
Spring Banquet: The Spring Banquet/Listening Party is always a fun event where we share great conversation, great food (catered and contributed), reflect on the year, and listen to our concert recording. I hope everyone will be able to join us Monday, May 11, 6:30-9:00 pm at the FARM Clubhouse (Building #11) located at 1 Alice Ingram Circle, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. Please consult the map in the link below if you are unfamiliar with this venue (Map-of-the-Farm). Please feel free to bring drinks and desserts to share (these will not be provided by the caterer). If you would like to bring drinks or desserts, either instead of or in addition to contributing (the caterer will not provide these), you can sign up here. Thank you!
Survey: At the end of each season, the WVC Board sends out an annual survey to the membership to get your feedback about music, rehearsals, performances, funding, resources, and social opportunities. The survey is designed to take between 3-5 minutes. The Board uses this information to make important decisions about our upcoming season, so please take the time to complete the survey BEFORE 6 pm, Tuesday, May 12.
