Dear Singers,
Soprano 1 and Soprano 2 Sectionals: At 6:45PM tomorrow, we will be having sectionals. Kay will be running the Soprano 2 sectional in the choir room across the street at the Worship Center and Laura will be running the Soprano 1 sectional in our regular rehearsal space. Please bring any questions/concerns.
Concert Tickets. Membership Liaisons will distribute tickets at rehearsal.
- Ticket prices: Adult: $20, Student: $10, Group: $15 (Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.)
- Allison Mangin (S2) is our Ticket Manager and can answer questions you have about ticket sales.
- Each member receives 5 tickets to sell. You may request more tickets at any rehearsal (if possible, please let Allison know ahead of time).
- You will receive 1 comp ticket for each 5 tickets you sell.
- Mark the type of ticket sold on both the ticket and stub. Do not tear the stub.
- Checks should be made out to Women’s Voices Chorus.
- If you would like to pay for presale tickets online, you can do so by purchasing through the cart and making a note that the sale is for presale tickets, with Venmo (@WomensVoicesChorus), or PayPal (treasurer@womensvoiceschorus.org):

- Have ticket purchasers pay you directly and pay the total from your account.
- Add a note to the online payment that it is for presale tickets and include your name.
- Hand in your envelope with the types of tickets sold and the amount collected, note that it was paid on Venmo or PayPal, and include your Venmo id or PayPal email address.
- You may return money and/or unsold tickets in your ticket envelope to Allison or your Membership Liaison at any rehearsal. Please mark your envelope with the number of tickets sold and the amount enclosed in the spaces provided.
- All unsold tickets and money are due on Monday, April 24.
Fall Retreat: Saturday, March 4th at Chapel in the Pines located at 314 Great Ridge Pkwy, Chapel Hill (in Chatham County), NC 27516 from 9AM-3PM. Breakfast treats and coffee will start the day at 9AM. We will work with Dr Jami Rhodes from ECU again and enjoy an infamous Women’s Voices Chorus potluck lunch. So far, only 8 singers have signed up!!! At the end of the day, there will be a presentation by MCI about our 2024 Tour to Ireland for anyone who is interested in learning more about this opportunity to share our music internationally.
