November 18, 2018 Announcements

Dear friends,
It’s me again!  Amy is working her way home from Barcelona and looks forward to seeing us at Judea Reform tomorrow night.  In the meantime, two important announcements:
1. Tickets for our winter concert will be distributed at rehearsal by Membership Liaisons on Monday night.  Allison Mangan (A1) is our Ticket Manager and will answer questions.  Each member receives 5 tickets to sell; you may request more tickets at any rehearsal and you will receive 1 comp ticket for each 5 you sell.  Once you’ve sold your tickets, mark the envelope (number of tickets sold, adult or student, $$ enclosed) and return it, with unsold tickets, to your Membership Liaison on Dec. 17 (last rehearsal before holiday) or Jan. 14 (Tech rehearsal).  Please return all envelopes.
2. Have you asked a business you patronize to advertise in our program?  From Elisabeth:  Here’s a list of businesses that take out ads in our concert programs, both so that you won’t “double dip” when soliciting ads and so that you can thank them when you patronize them. Only business owners know how important this is to making them want to support our chorus again.
