Ingredients: Chicken Pie:

  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup diced celery (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
  • 1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cans warm broth (from cooked chicken)
Directions: Cover chicken with water, add celery and onions, and cook till fork tender. Mix soup and warm broth together, heat and stir till creamy consistency. Spray bottom/sides of 9 X 13 dish. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces & spread evenly over bottom. Pour soup/broth mixture over chicken. Cover with pie crust. Vent with fork pricks. Cut small pats of butter & place over chicken. Bake 375° for 45 minutes, or until brown.
Notes: Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
