Ingredients: :

  • Bunch of Kale, chopped
  • Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
  • Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsalmic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • I tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard, Dijion
  • 1 garlic clove put through a press
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions: Use a blender to combine the oil, vinegars, mustard, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss the dressing over the salad ingredients and enjoy!
