Ingredients: Salad:

  • 1 head Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 pkg Ramen noodles
  • 4 oz slivered or sliced almonds
  • 2 T butter

Dressing

  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 2 T soy sauce
Directions: Mx dressing ingredients with a mixer to thicken.
Chop cabbage and green onions.
Before opening ramen noodles, crush package to break up noodles. Open package and discard flavor packet. Melt butter in a skillet, add noodles and almonds and brown lightly.
Mix noodle mixture and dressing into salad just before serving.
